Small Group Understanding
OUR GOAL
Personal priorities will be transformed through the activity of God and the influence of our small group; our priorities and God's priorities will line up and our lives will be transformed.
OUR VALUES
1. Group Attendance: to give priority to the group meeting and to call or email if we are going to be late or absent.
2. Safe Environment: to create a safe place where people can be heard. No quick answers, snap judgments, or simple fixes.
3. Respect Differences: to be gentle and gracious to people with different spiritual maturity, personal opinions, temperaments, or imperfections. We are all works in progress.
4. Confidentiality: to keep anything that is shared strictly confidential and within the group, and to avoid sharing improper information about those outside our group.
5. God’s Word: to strive to complete the 50 Day Bible Reading Challenge and to hold each other accountable.
6. Prayer: to pray for group members, group host, and group leaders throughout the week.
